Make a return
Vaem & Soi wants all our ladies to be completely satisfied with their purchase for 1000%!
So if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your item, you can return or exchange it. Note: Vaem & Soi does offer refunds for returned purchases. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of exchange/return items.
Terms and conditions for return & exchange
Exchange or return on your item must meet the following conditions:
1. Items must be returned within 14 days.
2. We expect that we will receive exchange and return packages in the original (sales) condition; that means – unworn, unwashed, undamaged and not affected by odors such as: perspiration / deo / perfume etc.
3. All items are expected in original condition with original labels, tags, accompanying pouch/bags/box & package.The product must be able to be resold.
4. For return and exchange packages, the return form must be fully completed and returned together with the packing slip.
5. All our returns and exchanges are processed within 30 days.
6. We will inspect the return and exchange shipment before issuing an agreement.
7.Vaem & Soi reserves the right to refuse the exchange / return if it does not meet these conditions and will sent the item back to the sender.
8. You will receive a notification by e-mail if your item is not suitable for an exchange/return.
Returns due to production error.
We are sincerely sorry to hear that a production error has occurred with your order! As Vaem & Soi we carry out quality control tests, but unfortunately in rare cases there are still manufacturing defects in our products that we cannot control.
In the case of a manufacturing defect, we are more than willing to replace or refund it after it has been returned to Vaem & Soi.

- Item must be returned to Vaem & Soi within 10 days after receiving.
- After the item has been inspected, a replacement or refund will take place ex. shippingcosts whitin 10 days.
